Returns Policy

All products are non-returnable, except when arrived damaged, when claims must be made within three (3) days in writing or by telephone; see contact details on the About page. Any cancellations can only be accepted in genuine error; please read our minimum order requirements. If you cancel owing to not fulfilling minimum order, an administration charge is applicable to cover costs.
