Shangri-la Hotel

Itinerary

Day 1: We take a dinner cruise boat trip. Many of the temples can be seen from the river vantage point.

Day 2: Using public transport, we spend a full day touring The Grand Palace and gardens, Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Pho and the City Pillar Shrine.

Day 3: We travel to Nakorn Pathom and see the rose gardens and a botanical garden.

Day 4: Jim Thompson’s House and gardens promise to be a real treat. We also visit Suan Pakkad Palace and Erawan Shrine.

Day 5: A day trip to the Sopha Botanic Garden.

Day 6: This morning we visit Vimanmek Palace and gardens, teak houses and take afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental included.

Day 7: We take a coach or mini-bus to visit the Nong Nooch Botanic Garden for the day.

Day 8: Today we travel to Ayuttaya by boat.

Day 9: We visit an exotic garden and take a look at plant shopping Thai style.

Day 10: After breakfast, we depart independently and make our way home.
